The 20 Wines for Massi Challenge
When my friend Massi moved into his new place, he made a decision that would change everything (unfortunately, not for me, but for him only :)) : buying a wine cellar. He instilled in me a buzz, and what started as a simple idea - giving him some advice - quickly evolved into an exciting - but way harder than expected - challenge!
The Challenge Rules
One simple constraint that makes it interesting:
- Maximum €60 per bottle
- Global selection - best wines from around the world
- Diverse styles - something for every occasion
- Eay to find - something that you can easily buy online
The result? Hours spent to craft a collection that I coled be proud of!
The Collection Blueprint
Strategy Behind the Selection
Why this distribution? There’s no answer probably, but:
- 5 Sparkling - Bubbles are never enough
- 5 White - White is not only for seafood
- 2 Rosé - It deserves a better definition than a girl’s wine
- 6 Red - Many regions, different styles, a foundation in every collection
- 2 Surprises - Never stop exploring and challenging your style.
